| 10. Selfish This is one of the sweetest songs I've ever heard! The vocals are great, and the piano in the background (played by Brian McKnight) is a great touch. I love the part when they say, "You can say I'm hopeless, baby, because I'm hopelessly in love." I just about melts. This song brought a tear to my eye. 11. Just Don't Tell Me That I couldn't understand any of the lyrics to this song, and the begining screams "Backstreet Boys." And we ALL know how much I hate BSB. So I'm just gonna skip it. If you wanna review it and email it to me, you'll get full credit. 12. Something Like You The harmonica in the background really adds to the whole effect. The vocals are great, they harmonize GREAT, but the lyrics couldn't have been written any better. They are so SWEET! This is the cutest song on the album by-far. When they say, "I can't believe that something like you could happen to me." I got a tear in my eye. By the end of the song, I was crying my eyes out. One of my favorite songs on the album. 13. Do Your Thing This is basically one of those "Reach for the stars" and "Always try your best" songs. And I must admit, if I ever needed inspiration for to do my best, this'll be the song I'll turn on. Lyrics are cute, background music is all...nifty-electric-keyboardy. It makes me wanna get up and do...arobics. Vocals are awesome. Great job guys! Overall Album Grade: B+ (Good for the most part, but you just can't top "No Strings Attached." |
