And now endingour tour of Season 1, we come abop episodes 20 and 21 Mended fences, and Because I love you.

In Mended Fences (airdate June 9, 2000) Peter has been sober and off all his pills for one week.  He feels guilty and thinks he's a faliure.  It is parents weekend and Peter plans on giving a resignation speech.  Not even Sophie can talk him out of it, that is until someone unexpected arrives.  During parents weekend Juliet meets Auggie's parents.  Though she is a little akward at first.  Her mother comes along with her new husband. When Juliet's mom meets Auggie she gives a look of disgust.  But Auggie;s Parent's love Juilet.  Shelby finds out her sister Jess ran away and is worried sick.  Jess ends up at horizon and tells her story to Scott and Shelby about being on the streets, Scott askes shelby if that was what happened to her and she says yes.  He understands her now.  Peter decides not to resign.  Also Scott's father comes back without Elaine, he realizes what she did and seperated from her. Peter Proposes to Sophie!!!!

In Because I love you (Airdate June 16, 2000) the kids hold a MORP or Prom for the themselves.  It is Katherine's last time before graduating.  Scott's father makes a huge announcement.  He wants scott to come back with him,  Scott of course says yes.   During the MORP Peter and Sophie surprise Katherine by letting Hank come.  All the guys wear suits and girl wear dresses.  Scott leaves the night of the dance and it breaks shelbys heart.  It makes her hate everyone.  Daisy hurts Ezra by saying she would go to the dance with David.  Ezra thinks about taking some pills until Shelby stops him.  Scott and his father are at a resturant, and Scott's dad says he still blames him for having sex with Elaine.  There is a meteor shower and during it Sophie tells Peter she will marry him and Scott comes back to hug Shelby, and Diasy goes to hold hands with Ezra.
