Below us on the road is Episode 13 ATTENTION DEFICIT
In Attentoon Deficit (airdate April 14,2000) a new student and his father come to Horizon. David, the kid instantly torments the other CliffHangers. Scott must show him around and they get in a fight. Juliet is but on silent restriction where all she can do is write in her journal and Auggie must dig holes until he knows what he did wrong. Peter forces Scott and David to do a "buddy hike back". They become friends during this time. Peter and David's father are chased by a bear. David doesn's stay but goes back to his mothers.
To the left a bit is Episode 14. THE KIDS STAY IN THE PICTURE.
In The Kids Stay in the Picture (airdate April 21,2000) Chloe and a producer come to horizon to shoot a promotiomal video for Horizon. They hire actors and the Cliffhangers get mad. CPS comes to interview Scott about the Skank. When he says he's doing this to get back at her, CPS doubts the case. When they find letters that Scott had writen to Elaine saying he loved her they close it. Shelby gets mad at scott for not telling her about the letters. He tells her that at one time he thought he loves Elaine but after the first time he said no to her and she didn't stop he knew he didn't. Shelby said she once loved someone that only hurt her. To really get Horizon Daisy and Ezra make up a DEZRA production video of Horizon. It's relaly good. And we learn that Scott plays the piano and so does Shelby a little.
Right here next to us is episode 15 Exposed.
In Exposed (airdate April 28,2000) Katherine want's to plant her flag on top of Dog's peak. It's a graduation ritual. Out of the schools history only 25 students have done it (Katherine made it 26). The whole cliffhangers group goes with her. A reporter under the student name Amanda shows up to try to get a bad story about Horizon. But she doesn't. Scott starts to pressure shelby to tell about her past. Shelby gets a call from her mother that her step-father is in the hospitol with a heart problem. She is relieved. Peterthinks he knows why, that he abused her, even though it is not mentioned all all in her record, she says it is in her eyes and has been since she came here. After a group session Shelby runs into the woods, she had said that she hoped every night that her stepather would die. Scott goes after her and says 'He did the same thing to you, he abused you he molested you.' She didn't look at him. That was shelby's breaking point. SHe wrecked the camp. Later shelby tells of her past experience of prostitution while on the streets. When back at school Shelby talks to scott and he pulls away from her. Shelby tells Daisy that she is like her friend Polly who ODed.
Oh no!!! It's a rabid monkey in the forest. Everyone keep your hands and body's inside the truck as we speed forward!!!
Anyways Here on our left is Episode 16, Innocence.
In Innocence (airdate May 5, 2000) Scott and Shelby are still drifting apart. All the kids Minus Ezra and Katherine (who have already done it go on solo hikes where the must find their inner child with little things from their childhood. Scott interupts Shelby's solo and she runs and gets lost just as a big storm comes. Sophie and Scott find her. Meanwhile Peter's father comes and has a heart attack while Peter is with the hikers. He has to make a full day hike in three hours. Peter, Ezra and Katherine are there when Peter's dad dies.
