Submissions and Guidelines

  Submissions are what keep a zine going. And that's what you guys are for. I'm going to give you a theme so that you have something to work with. Think about it. Be creative. If you have any questions, e-mail me.

What you can submit?

    Poetry - Maximum length for now is 20 lines.

    Short Story/Fiction* - Maximum length is 3000 words.  

 *It does not include chapters of your novel in progress etc. The submission must be complete in itself. Also no Fanfiction. (Sorry, but they already have sites for that.) 

   Book Reviews - Maximum Length 500 words. Tell other writers what is good, or not so good.

Remember this is my first time doing this so please be patient. I'm learning just as much as you.

Submissions by e-mail only. Sorry folks.

   The first theme will be 'Beyond the Back Fence.'

   Deadline: 19th March 2008

   Email your submissions to: [email protected]

   Send me an attachment of your work. In the e-mail let me know your name, address, age and a short bio if you wish. Don't forget to include you postal address so I can send you a copy of the zine if you get published.  :)

Remember this is all free. I don't pay anyone and don't get paid myself. So please be patient. This is out of the love of writing and aspiring writers like you and me. :)
