| In the spirit photograph below, taken by a Mrs Wickstead in 1928, an embracing couple, not seen at the time by the photographer, appear in the churchyard to the right of the picture. The "spirits" were not identified, and the Society for Psychical Research, who investigated the matter, could not explain them. |
| The ghost of a woman, dead a week, is seen (right), in a picture taken by her daughter. She is apparently sitting in the back seat. Experts said the photograph had not been tampered with. |
