A graduate of Geneva College in Beaver Falls PA, Jon is pursuing a career in Electrical Engineering. On the side he finds time to play around with his two guitars and keyboard and mix together several albums.
What is most significant about Jon's music is that it is a solo project in the most basic sense of the word. Jon is the lyricist, lead vocalist, backup vocalists, lead and rythym guitarits, bass player, and drummer in addition to designing and producing the cover art and CD itself.

After being persuaded to join the band for the Phil-Mont fall (1998) musical production of Oliver!, Jon was given the opportunity to create a score for the winter (1999) play, 1984. Drawing on influences from Pink Floyd, U2, Metallica, and others, Jon assembled an eerie, atmospheric soundtrack that gave depth to the on-stage drama of Orwell's world. The band included Anne G. (Percussion), Sara H. (Drums), and Joel H. (Electric Guitar).

After MTF disbanded in the fall of 2000, Jon gathered together a number of songs he had been working on and produced his first CD, "For A Friend". This seven song CD was well-recieved by many people when it was released in December 2000. Borrowing from a number of musical influences ranging from Classical music to hard rock to acoustic, Jon blended together a form of modern rock he found representative of himself.

After a year of writing, recording and producing Jon proudly released his second CD, Away Message in the December of 2001. This 14 song set was both more fun and more serious than his debut album. An attempt to describe the college experience, Jon refined his writing and recording skills.

One Man Show was written and recorded mostly during finals week of Jon's senior year at Geneva, spring 2003 and features Jon's best music yet. The album includes eight original tracks plus a cover of Bruce Springsteen's "Streets of Philadelphia" and a cover of The Clarks' "Penny on the Floor". Also included are raw demo recordings made much earlier than the final cuts. The original tracks tie influences from Neil Young to Led Zeppelin to Dashboard Confessional all together into one package.
