"I do not like this, no no no. Not one little bit." Jaf said as he watched Alec holster his guns. Jaf sat down in the chair and shook his head vigorously. "You cannot do this."
Alec checked the gun clip and snapped it into the gun. "Well it's not something you can just ignore. This Mibby is one fairly pissed individual. If I don't do anything, he'll definately came back at us."
"My goodness how could you have known she was married?"
"I did know she was married, I didn't know that dear old Danny boy was an MIB," Alec says as he checks himself in the mirror. "Well?" he asked holding up his arms, turning so that Jaf could get a better look.
"Is that really very important?!"
"When going out to fight the man, it's always important to look your best."
Jaf shakes his head and sighs, "You look dressed to kill."
"My point exactly."
The green gremlin pulled out of the driveway and into the busy street. Music roaring out the windows, Alec opened his cigarette case and pulled out a joint. Clicking on the light he took a long drag and kept his eyes scanning the street. Another drag and Alec changed his hand on the wheel and took off his sunglasses.
Pulling over to side street, Alec got out and watched as the sun went down slowly. Taking one last drag, he stamped the joint out and opened the trunk. Opening his suitcase he took inventory.
Hmmm let me see; bag of pot, twenty tabs of Lsd, sandwich bag of assorted downers and uppers, and a couple hits of mescaline. Yeah everything is here, he thought to himself. Picking up the suitcase, Alec walked over to the nearest trash can and hid the suitcase within it. Closing the lid he smiled.
Getting back in the gremlin he rumaged through his cd case and inserted a new one. Revving the engine he took off with a squeel of rubber on pavement the gremlin took off. Heading down the highway, the gremlin made several turns making it's way towards the high end of Salt Lake.
Finally reaching his destination, Alec turned the engine off and got out. Opening his mind, Alec closed his eyes and felt around the house for Daniel. Finding the house empty, he walked up to the door, and checked for the hidden key.
Finding it, he smiled. "Good girl, Kelly."
Unlocking the door, Alec walked in and closed the door. Making his way through the living room, Alec headed up the stairs carefully. Finding the bedroom easily, Alec stood behind the open door and waited.
Finally, just as Alec was beginning to give up, he heard the door downstairs open and close, and the click of a light switch. Alec tensed waiting as the footsteps made their way upstairs. Seeing a shadow walk towards the bedroom Alec raised his gun. Daniel walked unassumingly through the door and Alec brought the gun down, hitting Daniel on the back of the shoulder, completely off target. Daniel stumbled and his hand moved quickly under his jacket.
Alec strode forward and kicked the hand, hearing a crunching noise as a finger broke against the butt of the gun. Daniel howled in pain as Alec kicked him straight in the face. His eyes rolled up and he fell back unmoving.
"Alright Danny my man. Time to take a little trip," he said holstering the glock and pulling out his vaccine gun. Injecting Daniel in the neck he concentrated, and then nodded.
Enjoy the trip while you can, he thought.
A little while later, the gremlin roared back onto the street and headed back to the highway. Alec kept the radio off as he listened to the trunk's passenger howl and yell as he tripped.
"Don't do that, man makes the trip worse," he said with a grin. Turning off the highway, Alec drove the gremlin back to the side street and parked. Walking back over to the trash can he lifted the lid.
"Damn..." he said as he looked at the trash can. Alec opened the other trash cans and shook his head.
"I was sure I left it here...well someone out there's gonna have a great night."
Turning back the gremlin, Alec heard a loud crash behind him. Guns out, he turned quickly to find the suitcase on the ground. Looking above him his eyes widened as he noticed a strange man sitting on the streetlight.
"And so the villian returns, looking for his vile potions and toxins, waiting to poison the King!" the man said jumping down, his dirty trenchcoat flaring, and landing nimbly on his feet. Alec backed away from the stranger as he advanced on him.
"The King? What King? Elvis?" he said to the stranger looking him over.
The stranger moved quickly and grabbed up the suitcase and opened it, grabbing a bag he held it up.
"I am the King! The King of New York! And I demand to know what these strange chemicals are!" he shouted loudly. Alec stopped in his tracks and raised an eyebrow.
"Oh-kay. Well..your highness those are uppers. The others are various drugs as well."
"Drugs?" he said looking into the suitcase, "Good drugs all around?"
"You got that right baby."
"And why does the King have need for these drugs??"
"They are for my friend here in the trunk," Alec said motioning to the trunk.
"Eh?" he said scratching his beard.
"My friend is ill. Without these drugs, he will die."
"Ahh so tis a noble quest you are on. By all means," the stranger said and handed him the suitcase.
Alec took the case carefully and smiled. The King smiled back, his grin broad and unnaturally white.
"Cheers, " he said looking at the King once more. The King was dressed in rag tag clothes and wearing a red winter hat. His dirty trenchcoat seemed stained with all manner of fluids. His beard was long and graying, and his hair followed suit. The King took off his hat and Alec blinked noticing the very pointed long ears.
"So your highness, why are you so far from your kingdom?"
The King sat down on the ground and hung his head, "A long story, good peasant."
Alec shrugged. "I've got time."
"What about your friend?"
"Eh, he can wait."
"Will he not die without these potions?"
Alec smiled and opened the trunk looking at Daniel's unconsious form. Alec grabbed ahold of him and roughly pulled him out. Taking the various bags of drugs, Alec began to force some of the pills and tabs into Daniel's mouth.
"There," he said turning to the King, "He should be fine now."
"What does this poor man suffer from?"
"Anal retentia," Alec said.
"Is it serious?"
"Not anymore, I think I cured him," Alec said watching the King stand up.
"I must take my leave of you, good healer. There are other subjects for whom need my cousel," the King said putting his hand upon his chest. Alec bowed and smiled, watching as the King leaped to the fire escape and climbed up the rusty steps.
Pulling out a joint Alec chuckled to himself, "Jaf misses everything," he said walking back to the gremlin.
Jaf shook his head unbelievingly listening to Alec relate the nights events, "I miss everything. So what happened with the MIB?" Alec passed the joint over to Jaf and stood up taking off his jacket.
"I would say the trip he's on will change his point of view."
"Perception is reality," Jaf adds taking a drag.
"And reality is everything, my man."
