Pehcevo, Summer 2003 |

I have seen a lot of sunsets in my life, but the ones I have seen from my kitchen window and from my balcony in Pehcevo have been among the most beautiful I could have ever imagined...something like those Bible bookmarks, that make you feel small and humble. |

I discovered that if I hung my two blankets and sleeping bag over my balcony and pinned them together with clothespins, no one on the street below could see me sunbathing!! |

All summer long I heard the sounds of a band, and realized there was a wedding being celebrated in Pehcevo. |

This pine tree is outside my bathroom window...so guess where I got the inspiration to take this picture! Ha ha! |

Summer storms were common in the late afternoons, but the weather would remain warm. Leaving my cable plugged in during a storm like this in July caused my modem to fry, and cost me 100 euros! |

A couple of different views of Pehcevo from my balcony... I can't wait for next summer. Unfortunately I never took pictures of things like getting dressed up to go out with my friends, I will do better in 2004. |
