Scheduling a session
* Avoid food, caffeine, and alcohol for two hours prior to a session

* Wear loose, comfortable clothing and clean socks

* Allow time to park, and to change your clothes, if necessary

* Sessions last a little over an hour, including 10 minutes' rest after

* Kindly give 24 hours' notice to change or cancel a session
