White Cake Mix
2 cups Self-Rising Flour
1 1/3 cup Sugar
3 tsps. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Vanilla, or Almond Extract
2/3 cup Butter or Oil
1/2 cup Milk
4 Egg Whites
Mix throughly and Bake in Sheet Pan at 350*.

1 1/4 cups Sugar
2 1/2 tsps. Baking Powder
1 tsp.Salt
1 tsp.Vanilla
2/3 cup Oil
4 Eggs
3/4 cup Milk
Mix Throughly and Bake in Sheet Pan at 350*F.
