Regular daily bus trips from Thessaloniki are available for a reasonable price.

Caravans are very popular with senior travellers.
Nearly all campings in Halkidiki provide van spaces with electricity facilities.

Younger travellers on motorbikes heading towards Halkidiki
is a very common approach by many camping fans.
Most campings in Halkidiki provide secure parking
for motorbikes 24 hours a day.
