Leo Boyle in January 2001

Hi

I'm Leo Boyle and this is my homepage - showcasing my abilities as a lyricist and vocalist (Since Sept 1989) and amateur author (Since 1985).

Singing / Studio Recordings
I'm a very creative person and hopefully I will remain so. Most of my activities have been under an amateur banner, but I don't regard anything that I do as being without importance and over the years, I have gained more experience and progressed what I do and enhancing those ambitions that I've held onto for so long. My first studio recording dates from 31st July 1990, but most of my studio recordings started from the 22nd January 1994, when I began to record at The Egg Room Recording Studio in Northampton,U.K., owned by Robert John Godfrey (Founder and Frontman of the cult British group, 'The Enid'). By April 1994, the studio's name had changed to The Lodge Recording Studio.

I have been very lucky to work with such wonderful people over the years - Tom Nevill, Andrew Hubbard, Andy Johnson, Ashley Gray, Geoff Williams, The Pedestrians, Gavin Kaufman, etc, but most of all Max Read - one of the best engineers around! I've also recently worked with Roy Smith and Sovra Wilson-Dickson.

Below, you will find a full list of my main studio demo tapes and C.D.s (My first C.D. , a double C.D. dates from December 1999), which have thankfully, influenced people everywhere from Northampton to London, and America to Canada and will continue to do so. There's also a gallery of tape covers from 1994 - 1998 and C.D. covers from 1999 onwards - if you know my music see if you recognise any of them!

I also have a 'Yahoo Fan Club' (The Leo Boyle Fan Club) on the net, which I can suggest you join!

You can leave messages for me at this club and find out even more information about my recordings and me - please check it out.

Religion
My religious belief (Since December 1998) is in Aten worship and as a small homage to the Aten, I have included a transcription of The Great Hymn to the Aten by Akhenaten. I've also got a small photo page, showing the enigmatic Pharaoh, Akhenaten, his beautiful Queen, Nefertiti and more!

Family History

Some interesting facts
I have a few interesting facts about me on a new page - with hopefully more being added soon!
