Centennary

The United Grand Lodge of Mark Master Masons of Victoria

The United Grand Lodge of Mark Master Masons of Victoria will celebrate its Centennary in May 1999. As such, it is the second oldest Constitution in Mark Masonry. Unlike the Craft and Chapter, there are only twelve Constitutions of Mark Masonry in the world. This is because in most places the Mark degree is incorporated in either the Craft or Chapter (York Rite.)

HRH Prince Michael of Kent, in his capacity as Grand Mark Master of England, will attend all the Centennary Celebration functions and activities of the United Grand Lodge of Mark Master Masons of Victoria. At this stage, 28 interstate and international delegations will be represented.

Here are the Centennary Celebration activities:

Thursday, 27 May, 1999
Grand Master's Reception
Queens Hall, Parliament House
(by invitation only)

Friday, 28 May, 1999
Grand Installation
