Naval and Military Mark meets six times per year, at 7:30, on the 4th Tuesday, at Dallas Brooks Hall, 300 Albert Street, East Melbourne.
This Mark Lodge was originally affiliated with The Victorian Naval and Military Lodge. There is also a Naval and Military Chapter and all three conduct combined social events.
A plan is underway to create a Naval and Military Royal Ark Mariner Lodge, which will be attached to this Mark Lodge.
Unlike the American York Rite, the Mark Degree is administered by a unique Grand Lodge. In this respect, the Constitution follows the English Constitution, but there are some differences in signs. The Mark is not a prerequisite for the HRA Chapter, but it is a prerequisite for the Allied Masonic Degrees and other "Higher Degrees" / "Masonic Orders".
Here is a list of Past Masters of the Lodge.
In memory of our late member, N&M Mark Lodge has established the Hodgetts fund, which contributes to a variety of charities. WBro Hodgetts OAM contributed to a wide variety of charities and community groups.
Visiting Mark Master Masons are of course welcome. There is no compulsary supper charge for visitors.
