Ecclesiastes 11:3
If the clouds be full of rain, they empty themselves upon the earth; and if the tree fall toward the south, or toward the North, in the place where the tree falleth, there it shall be..

When the cloud are full naturally they empty themselves and rain. And if trees fall let it fall, whether  to the north or to the south. And so when evil is full, it will manifest where it will manifest

BUT
Ecclesiastes 11:4
He that observeth the wind shall not sow; and he that regardeth the clouds shall not reap

Therefore although there is an explosion of evil around us, we are urge not to obeserve the winds of evil tidings or try to forecast where the next cloud of thunderstorm going to be

BECAUSE

Ecclesiastes 11:5

As thou knowest not what is the way of the spirit, nor how the bones do grow in the womb of her that is with child; even so thou knowest notthe works of God who maketh all.

THEREFORE
Sunday Times 8 March 2003
Ecclesiastes 11:6
In the Morning sow thy seed, and in the evening withhold not thine hand: for thou knowest not whether shall prosper, either this or that, or whether they both shall be alike good

Ecclesiastes 11:1
Cast thy bread upon the waters: for thou shalt find it many days

Ecclesiastes 11:2

Give a portion to seven and also to eight, for thou KNOWEST not what evil shall be upon Earth.
Hence we should continue sowing. Morning and evening. In season and out of season, sowing and reaping till the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. Continue to invest into the Kingdom of God. Continue to seek first the Kingdom of God and His Righteosness and all shall be added unto you. Be faithful in the work or business that He has called us to. Invest into ministries, even 7 or 8 and we shall find our reward many days later. And as in all things Be Led By the Holy Spirit.
