Fanfiction.net
One of the largest fanfiction archives on the net. If you can't find it here...you'll be sure that what you want will pop up soon. Just a warning...they're put up SOOOO many rules there.

Digik Designs
This is where I got my layout, they've also got a lot of other neat Anime/Game layouts and a wonderful archive of Avatars!

Anime Music Videos
The biggest website in the web if you want to download AMV's, it's easy to use and everything's direct download.

NarutoFan
Your number one Naruto resource! They've got manga scans of the Naruto movie now too, also got...everything!

Yeah...this one really sucks, I made it for a school project when I was first learning about html, soo...I only go there a lot cause it's a school project...

A place to download openings/endings videos, you can get ALMOST all anime op/ed's here.

Fanworks Recommendations
They link to Japanese website, updated regulairly and full of links! Shonen ai/Yaoi or not, either. Full of almost any rec you want.

Maple Story The homepage for Maple Story, the online rpg. An alternative to Ragnorok online. (although I guess it's not quite as good)
