In this case, the stress applied to the equilibrium system is an increase in the concentration of SCN-(from the dissociation of NaSCN). To offset this stress, some Fe3+ ions react with the added SCN- ions, & the equilibrium shifts from right to left:

 

 

Consequently, the red colour of the solution deepens
