| Once at Windsor Park Linfield fans are accommodated in the South and Kop stands. Visiting supporters are usually accommodated in the North Stand, with admission being gained via the Boucher Road, or from the 'Midgely Park' end of Olympia Drive. | Windsor Park is distinctly different to all of the stadiums which play host to our national teams in the British Isles, the reason being that it is owned by Linfield FC, while the Northern Ireland national side borrow it for their international home matches. The part standing, part seated stadium has been their home since 1905. Two of the four stands have been recently redeveloped they contribute 10,800 to the grounds capacity of 20,332. Both are two-tier and very similar in design, the Kop behind the goal having been added more recently in 1996. |
