At Linen guests enjoy wines from virtually every country - France, Argentina, Australia, South Africa, Spain, Chile, New Zealand and Germany, as well as the United States (including California, Oregon and Washington state). Choose a full-bodied red wine such as a 1998 bottle of Primus, Camanere-Cabernet Sauvignon, from Casablanca Valley, Chile. There are 70 wonderful wines BY THE BOTTLE. An incredible selection of 30 excellent wines BY THE GLASS are available to be paired with each dish offered on Linen menus. Ask your server for help with a special wine choice to complement each course. |
One can only be pleased with selections like - a 1998 bottle of Marc Tempe, "Rodelsberg", and a Gewurztraminer, from Alsace, France; or, celebrate with Moet & Chandon's, Brut Imperial from Epernay, France. It is Linen's mission to continually explore and present the ultimate wines, and a pleasure to offer an incredible selection of global wines, friendly knowledgeable staff members, and scrumptious food to top all. |

Integrated into the total concept, Linen has demystified wine. Vineyards should be judged by their current wines and not solely on their past reputation. The Linen staff judges wine by its taste, not it's label, and all menu choices are expertly paired with an ultimate wine match which will intensify the taste of each. |
