Thought goes into menu planning - then Chef Taite calls on a countryside nursery to plant and cultivate special plants, including, mini asparagus, pea shoots, young artichokes, chives, fiddlehead ferns, celery roots, sweet corn, micro celery and tiny heirloom carrots.

The "CHEF'S TASTINGS" are created according to Chef Taite's choice of the ultimate meal. Multi-course Chef's Tastings feature full flavors, weaved with vibrant colors. Perfectly coordinated tastes and portion sizes are presented, as the meal is served in accordance to each guest's individual timing. Global wines are perfectly paired, enhancing each course.

An extensive 70-bottle wine list is offered. 30 wines are served by the glass.
These amazing, organically grown, delicacies are delivered directly to Linen as they matures in clean, fresh air, and the extraordinary Arizona sun.

And the magic begins. Each tender select ingredient  is carefully combined with fine in-season seafood, shellfish, poultry, meats and other nutritious ingredients, herbs and spices.
Linen meals transform into unique and flavorful "CUISINE INSPIRED BY THE SUN".
"INNOVATIVE MENU OFFERINGS" start with small plates, small bowls. These adventuresome, summer influenced appetizers were created exclusively by Chef Taite. Linen large plates, large bowls bring forth traditional, guest favorites, which are prepared from scratch each day, resulting in delicious and artistic presentations that delight guests time and time again.
