I run a historical restaurant in Iowa called the Canteen Lunch in the Alley. I am having a blast but I know I can be of service to other business owners who need a little creativity to help them take their business to the next level.
In the meantime, the restaurant is winning the USA Today's Reader's Choice award for Best Loose Meat Sandwich in Iowa, bringing a World Championship Canteen Eating Contest to our town, and being published in a book called Hamburger America by George Motz.
I am so happy you asked. Fifteen years ago I graduated with an Associate of Arts degree from Indian Hills Community College. It has taken that long for me to discover that Graphic Design is exactly what I want to be doing because I realized that not every person is creative in the way that will help their business. I set out to finish a Bachelor's in Graphic Design and Media Arts from Southern New Hampshire University and I will graduate in December 2018.
I have nineteen years of experience in restaurants and over ten years of management in places like Applebee's, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Panera. I want to use my experience to help your business reflect how amazing you are.
