The Home Guard is the rescuer in the night, defender against the storm, helping hand in times of need and last line of defense for the Realm. The forces of the Home Guard are designed to appeal to the average citizen that wishes to serve their country while not giving up their already established life. Citizens sign up for either a 2 year term or a 4 year term. They serve for one month out of the year under the training and supervision of the Reserves.
