“My name is Jim Keeley and I live in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. I own HULL
# 1 and the boat is now called BLOW UP DOLL. Don't ask about the name. I
have children. I purchased the boat in April 2000. Have had success in
local and regional racing, placing 2nd in the Spin Class in 2000 and placing
1st in the Spin Class in 2001 in the MUG Race, which is a river race held on
the St. John's River from Palatka to Jacksonville. The Lindenberg 22 is a
killer PHRF boat. We are beating J-22's boat-for-boat and saving time on the
J-24's, most of the time. Can't seem to save our time on the Melges 24's,
having lost to them on two occasions. Following the 2000 MUG Race, we
entered into a rather exhaustive rehab of the boat, which was finally
completed in about 6 months. The boat has a wood deck, which is a bit of a
pain-in-the-neck. Must have put 3 quarts of resin into the deck for repairs.”
