1983 - 1984  

Involved in setting up and running of "Information Centre", to provide training, support and assistance in the use of both mainframe and personal computers for business professionals from non-computer backgrounds.

1981- 1983  

Systems Analyst.  Work involved interviewing users from non-computer departments; analysing business problems; identifying potential computer-based solutions; writing reports; designing, developing and implementing computer systems as required; providing training and support to users from non-computer departments.

1980 - 1981  

Operational Research Analyst / Programmer.  Worked closely with user departments on design, development, testing and implementation of computer models of financial and other business systems

1975 - 1979  

Computer Programmer, working on design, development and testing of programs for TV advertisement booking system using PL/1
