In 1983, a California at-home Mom named Mary wondered where all the at-home Moms were and what they were doing. She knew there had to be other women out there who wanted to make new friends and who wanted fun activities that included their children.
So, in the Fall of that year, she founded the first MOMS Club® in Simi Valley, California. In 1985, MOMS Club® grew into a national organization, and in 1996 it became an international one. Today, there are over 1,800 chapters representing more than 75,000 members in 6 countries.
