	What is The MOMS ClubŽ? The MOMS ClubŽ (Moms Offering Moms Support) is a nonprofit international support, social, and service group. It is for you the at-home mother of today, interested in the world around you, wanting a variety of activities for you and your children, and proud of your choice of at-home mothering! It's like a sorority of motherhood. We help you feel good about your decision to stay at home with your children and give you the opportunity to share activities with other at-home mothers and their children. Local chapters offer their mothers: Monthly meetings, Park Play days, Playgroups, Moms' Night Out, Babysitting co-ops, Speakers, Seminars, and Discussion groups, Activity groups (arts 'n crafts, book clubs, etc), Service Projects for needy children.

MOMS ClubŽ of Smithhaven was started in May of 2001. We recently had such an increase in membership, we divided into two smaller Chapters, MOMS ClubŽ of Smithtown/Western Brookhaven and MOMS ClubŽ of Eastern Brookhaven. Recently, we've sistered off a new chapter, Brookhaven North. We invite ALL at-home mothers (stay-at-home Moms, work-at-home Moms, and Moms who work part-time or evening shifts) in the Smithtown and Brookhaven areas of Long Island to join one of our local chapters.

If "coffee klatching" with other Moms in your neighborhood; if having someone to go with you and your child(ren) to Sports Plus, Borders, or the beach; if hearing experts give you the latest advice on toilet training, discipline, first-aid or pre-school selection sounds good to you, then email our Membership VP at [email protected]

We can then let you know when and where the next meeting is so that you can start making new friends for yourself and your child(ren). New members are always welcome and you probably won't be the only new person there! You may attend 2 meetings before deciding on becoming a member.
