Soup: Cream of Baked Potato
Salad: French Country... Boston Bib Lettuce with Crumbled Bacon, Croutons, Goat Cheese, and your choice of Ranch or Balsamic Vinaigrette
To cleanse the palette: Raspberry sorbet
Entree: A combination... Breast of Chicken Piccata (Lemon Butter Sauce) and Filet Mingon with Cracked Peppercorn Cognac Sauce
Dessert: Marble cake, with fudge and chocolate mousse filling and ice cream
