7:00-9:00: Settle in. Coats off and eat breakfast.
9:00-10:00: Free play. We play with blocks and puzzles, play dress up,
10:00-10:30: Circle time. We will read books or play flash cards.
10:30-11:30: Down time/snack. At this time we will usually watch a movie or PBS kids.
11:30-12:30: Music Time. The children are encouraged to get up and sing and dance. Music has been proven to improve children's mathematical skills.
12:30-1:30: Lunch.
1:30-3:00: Nap time. All children are required to lay down and recharge to prepare for the next play/learning session.
3:00-4:00: Outside play, Creative play, messy play. Sometimes we take a walk to the park and collect twigs and rocks and feed the ducks.
4:00-4:30: Down time. We talk about what we have just done and read a story.
4:30-5:00: Snack time.
5:00-7:00: Free play. We listen to music and play games until collected.
