The VIP area has now been fixed. We'll start adding some content to it again in the near future. Thanks for bearing with us on this, we appreciate it has been a frustrating experience but hopefully it is solved now. Please note the following:
a. Have you tried to register before?
Unfortunately because we have had to rebuild the whole system from scratch, VIP members will have to enter a new username and password. We appreciate that a lot of people have had to re-enter information several times and that this has been a frustrating experience.
Therefore to make it slightly less tiresome, we are allowing people who have previously entered all their personal details to just choose a new username and password. They can do this by clicking on the link that says "If you've already registered but are having problems logging in, click here." which can be found in the All About Me Section. You will see it is listed after the existing 'click here to login' and 'click here to register' links.
Once they have entered their new username and passwords they can then just use the 'click here to login' link. Please note that the personal details are still contained with our systems and therefore users who have previously registered their details will continue to receive email messages and text messages to their mobile phone on occasion.
We will keep this option live for two weeks after which anyone who has not entered will have to log in as a completely new user.
b) Have you never been to the VIP area before?
For those of you that haven't registerd previously and wish to sign up to receive email updates about Will's activities and enter the VIP area please do this by entering via the 'click here to login' link on the All About Me page or the via the Registration Page.
You will be asked to submit some contact information and then prompted for a username and a password. Once you have submitted all your details correctly you can get access to the VIP area.
Please bear with the moderators too and if you do have problems submit them on the message board in the Advice Booth sectioin which we'll all be monitoring.
