| Welcome to Lil' Sprouts Home Day Care Web Page PHILOSOPHY Lil' Sprouts Home Day Care was created to provide the type of home daycare and life-skills needed for the growth of children. Lil' Sprouts Home Day Care combines the warmth and nurturing of home with the principals of school and learning to help ease the stress of the working parent(s). MISSION STATEMENT The mission statement of Lil' Sprouts Home Day Care provides a warm, loving, nurturing, and educational experience for your child's personal and social growth. Therefore, children will be provided with a variety of learning and recreational activities that will foster their skills successfully. ABOUT LIL' SPROUTS Lil' Sprouts Home Day Care is a Licensed Child-Care Home in San Antonio, Texas. Lil' Sprouts Home Day Care will comply with all standards, put forth by the State of Texas. Lil' Sprouts Home Day Care is licensed to provide care for up to twelve children. REGISTRATION & SUPPLIES Before accepting a child for care, parents must complete, sign, and return the following forms: 1.. Enrollment information form 2. Immunization Record 3. Emergency Medical Treatment. 3. Lil' Sprouts Home Day Care Contract. SCHEDULED HOLIDAYS New Year's Day Good Friday Battle of Flowers 4th of July Labor Day Memorial Day Thanksgiving and the Friday after Thanksgiving Christmas Eve and Christmas Day CURRICULUM Lil' Sprouts Home Day Care's curriculum concentrates on a different theme each month. Many of the activities revolve around this theme. It may include arts & crafts, music, dance, physical fitness, dramatic activities, and reading. The curriculum calendar is posted for parents to view (suggestions are always welcomed) REGISTRATION & SUPPLY FEE A non-refundable Registration and Supply fee of $95.00 ($150 for Family) is due upon enrollment along with one (1) week's tuition in advance. No Exceptions!!!!!!!!! LATE PICK-UP CHARGES A late pick-up fee of $7.00 for every 5-minute increment after 6:00 pm will be charged and must be paid in cash upon arrival. PAYMENTS ARE DUE IN ADVANCE Lil' Sprouts Home Day Care fees are charged on a weekly basis/monthly basis. Each family is required to pay the weekly fee whenever Lil' Sprouts is open, whether or not your child is in attendance. This weekly fee ensures that your child's spot is held. Lil' Sprouts Home Day Care would like to set a schedule for payments on each Monday for the week to be used, or on Friday evening for the up coming week to be used or the first day of the month (For monthly payments schedule only). All Fees are due in advance of service!!!!! MEALS Lil' Sprouts Home Day Care Center participates in the USDA Child Food Program. Lil' Sprouts will serve nutritionally balanced, attractive, highest quality food each day at no extra charge to the parents. If a child requires a special diet, parents will need to supply the foods needed. All children will be served meals if they are present during the scheduled meal times. If they miss a scheduled mealtime then it is the parent' s responsibility to ensure the child has eaten. VISITS AND OBSERVATIONS Parents are always welcomed to visit us or observe the group. |

NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN FOR REGISTRATION, SUPPLIES, OR CHILD CARE FEES!!!!!! HEALTH AND MEDICATION In the interest of every child's well being, children will be examined on arrival. Showing symptoms of any contagious illness such as chicken pox, pink eye, etc., your child will not be allowed to attend. If your child needs any kind of medications, the parent must complete a form in advance that gives written authorization by the parent before any medication, prescribed or otherwise, is administered to the child while at daycare.
