Insurance is extra and optional on all packages and is $1.30 to insure up to $50.00 worth of merchandise. *** I will not be responsible for any items lost/damaged in the mail that were sent without insurance.

*******Any excess in the shipping rate will be absorbed into the cost of packing materials: peanuts, tissue papers, styrofoam bits, and sometimes mailing envelopes and/or new, postal paid shipping boxes. Some shipping boxes are preused. These reflect no charge to consumer.

PLEASE NOTE BEFORE ORDERING: All toys are in played with condition unless noted, and can be expected to be mildly dirty, have marks, flaws, etc. Conditions may vary. I try to list the flaws and general condition of the toy as best as possible. Please ask questions before ordering. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Toys come "as is". Most listed prices do not include shipping. If shipping is included, item will be listed as such. I only accept US DOMESTIC money orders for US payments. No checks. No credit cards. Do NOT send cash unless it is sent registered mail. All items shipped the business day following arrival of payment. Most items are shipped delivery confirmation. Insurance is extra and optional. MOST FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTION: WHY DO YOU PREFER MONEY ORDERS?

THE ANSWER IS: I PREFER MONEY ORDERS BECAUSE SHOULD THEY BECOME LOST IN THE MAIL THEY CAN BE TRACED AND REISSUED TO YOU. POSTAL MISHANDLING DOES SOMETIMES HAPPEN, AND A TRACE CAN TELL YOU IF THE MONEY ORDER HAS BEEN CASHED, WHERE IT WAS CASHED, AND THE NAME OF THE SIGNATURE(S) USED TO CASH IT. THIS PROTECTS YOU AS WELL AS ME SHOULD ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT A PAYMENT ARRISE.

PLEASE NOTE: I reserve the right to refuse an order request from any person(s) as I see fit. This includes people I know or suspect to be dishonest; whom I have had bad dealings with in the past; or persons who are listed on any bad buyer, seller, trader, or ebay-er messageboard. If you place an order with me and decide to back out, or cannot complete the transaction, please email me to let me know. Otherwise, chances are that. I will not deal with you again. If you read nothing else, please read the basics:

I ship only to USA and Canada.
I determine shipping fees at www.usps.com. For packages that require a padded envelopes or special boxes, I usually charge a handling fee of approx. $1.50--$2.00 to buy these materials. This fee is automatically added to your shipping fee.

For USA buyers:
**I accept paypal (no credit/debit cards), concealed cash (at your own risk!), or domestic money orders as payment. I also accept personal checks, but I will hold them for 14 days before your item is sent. No exceptions! Returned checks=no item.
**All orders require delivery confirmation tracking.
**Insurance is not included in your shipping cost. It is extra and you must ask for it.
**I hold items for 10 days ONLY while waiting for payment. After 10 days, item is relisted.
**I am not responsible for packages once they are in the mail.

For Canadian buyers:
You can pay by either US domestic (green) postal money orders, or by PAYPAL (no credit cards; and please remember paypal payment sent must be in determined in US dollars. Please note, I charge an additional $1.50 paypal fee and ship once payment has cleared to my account--usually 3 days), You can also pay by sending actual US dollars (cash) in a well-concealed or registered letter. No cheques or international money orders are accepted--they will be returned. Shipping can be rather expensive for overseas packages, so you will have choice of airmail or ground shipping, paid by buyer. I determine my shipping rates in accordance with the packaged shipping approximate weight at www.usps.com

I will not responsible in anyway for lost packages. Insurance is always optional. You must email me when payment is in the mail--no exceptions.

Delivery Confirmation is REQUIRED on all packages shipped within the US. It is 50 cents for packages sent priority, and 55 cents on parcel post packages. Delivery confirmation is automatically totalled into your shipping price.
