Prue Halliwell - played by Shannen Doherty
Prue was the oldest sister. She had the power to move things with her mind (telekinesis) and astral projection. She felt responsible for her sisters and took care of them ever since their grandmother died.
She was killed by a demon called Shax, in the last episode of season3 'All hell breaks loose'.
Piper Halliwell - played by Holly Marie Combs
Piper was the middle sister. She has the power to freeze time (temporal stasis) and to blow things up (pyrokinesis). Piper always mediated between Prue and Phoebe. When Prue died she became the oldest sister. Piper is married to Leo. And she is pregnant whith his son.
Phoebe Halliwell - played by Alyssa Milano
Phoebe was the youngest sister. She has the power to see the future (premonitions) and to levitate. When Prue died she became the middle sister. Phoebe was married to Cole. And was pregnant with his baby. But the seer stole it from her. Phoebe had to kill Cole when he turned into the source.
Paige Matthews/Halliwell - played by Rose McGowan
Paige is the youngest sister. She was raised by adoptive parents and always felt there was something different about her. She joined Piper and Phoebe in the first episode of season 4 'Charmed again'.
Paige is a half-sister of Piper and Phoebe. She is the daughter of Patty and her whitelighter Sam. Paige has the powers of a whitelighter and the power to orb things with her mind (orb-telekinesis).
Leo Wyatt - played by Brian Krause
Leo is the whitelighter of Phoebe, Piper and Paige. When he joined Charmed he was the handyman. Leo has the powers of a whitelighter. That means he can orb and heal. He is married to Piper. And he is a good friend of all the sisters.
Cole Turner - played by Julian McMahon
Cole was half human, half demon. His demon form is Beltazor.
Cole has had different powers. He could throw energy balls and he could shimmer.
He was married to Phoebe and made her pregnant. After the source was killed he became the new one. Because of that Phoebe had to kill him.
