Jim & Sharon Switzer

                             

Jim & Sharon Switzer live in Manitoba, Canada.  They like   to garden in the summer and visit friends in the winter.  When the  temperature gets to minus 30+ they prefer to go south to a warmer climate.  They have been a thousand  miles up the Amazon, through the Panama Canal, to Hong  Kong, Japan, and walked the great wall in China.  They have also been to the Caribbean and even to Florida.

Jim introduced me to his son Cameron who lives in Japan and has a very interesting web site.  It is called My Furusato.  There is something for everyone on his site.   I liked the nature section.  I especially enjoyed the rice growing tours and the mountain biking tours.  When my computer crashed I lost all of my addresses and links and now have not been able to find the links. Sorry!! Below is a picture of Cam & Mayu in traditional Japanese wedding attire.    Cam's dad told me they were going to a wedding at which Cam was the  speaker and had to do it all in Japanese.   Mayu teaches English and Cam works for a  manufacturing company and is designing their web site.
