Returns: Lilacs and Buttercups does not offer refunds unless there
was some kindof mistake, like if you got the wrong item. In that
case, email us and we can sort it out.

Lost items: Lilacs and Buttercups is NOT responsible for items lost
in shipping UNLESS you request that we put tracking or insurance on the
shipment. If you'd like to do this, in the additional comments box on the order
form, just let us know. It'll cost a couple more dollars, but it's definitely worth it.

Damaged Items: The jewelry is somewhat fragile, but we package
it in a way so that it should not get damaged during shipping, so Lilacs
and Buttercups is not responsible for damages made during delivery unless
you ask for insurance.
