1 1/2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1/2 cup of cocoa
2 tsps. vanilla (don't use imitation, pay the extra .75 for the good stuff)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup oleo (melt after measure)
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Coat 8x12 pan with a thin layer of shortening and flour. Melt the oleo in the microwave. Use a mixer set on cake mix to combine the flour, cocoa, salt and nuts (optional). Once evenly mixed, add the oleo, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until all clumps are gone and batter is smooth. Pour evenly into pan and bake at 350 for 38 mins.
