Gael Mackie finally came back to the table with a supersized tray full of burgers, fries and drinks. Well, okay, maybe it just looked supersized cos shes so small. But you know.
Alicia took the tray out of her hands and threw it on the people sitting at the neighbouring table.
A big guy got up.
Did you just throw FOOD on us? he screamed, high-pitched and all.
Umnoit was McDonalds Alicia said and stepped closer.
Are you trying to be smart with me?! the guy shouted.
You got beef mothafukka?!
Alicia grabbed a table and threw it on the guy.
Damnnnnall these haters gotta trip, dont they know A-Sac aint nuttin to fuck with?
She turned around and walked out of the ghetto joint, but only after she forced Gael Mackie to carry Carly out to the car.
Gael Mackie could only carry her about halfway though, so she accidentally dropped Carly on her head in the carpark.
Owwwummwhere am I? Wheres Shavahn? Carly said as she woke up and looked around.
Well, shes home bleeding a lot, and were at McDonalds. Gael Mackie quickly said and ran to hide behind Alicia again.
Because Carly had woken up, Alicia refused to drive anymore.
Its messing up my nailsI just had a manicure! she said and jumped into the passenger seat.
As Alicia checked her reflection in the rearview mirror, Carly stumbled over to the car.
Oh goshI dont feel so dandy she said, looking like she was going to fall over.
Gael Mackie had to help her into the car(shouldnt someone pay her for all these shitty gigs shes getting?) and after explaining to Carly where the steering wheel was, they finally drove out of the carpark.
On the way, they mowed down a couple of mailboxes, but that was all happily forgotten when they turned the last corner and drove down Tessas street.
Driving slowly, because Carly had started feeling dizzier, they could see the house from afar. A car was parked outside, and as they approached it, someone dressed in all black came running out from the back garden and got into the car.
The tyres screeched and left a huge cloud of burned rubber smoke as the vehicle sped away.
WTF? Someone needs to take drivers ed! Alicia shouted and flipped the finger through the window.
The Super Awesome Gymnast Detective Squad got out of the car. Well, all except Carly, who needed to sit and stare at nothing for a while.
When they rang the doorbell, no one came to answer.
They waited all of five seconds before Alicia kicked the door in.
Anyone home, mothafukka?! she shouted out as she charged through the house.
Hold onsomethings wrong here. Im getting bad vibrations from this place Shawn said.
She ran upstairs and into the first room on the left. Tessas room.
The whole thing was a big mess it seriously looked like the girl living there didnt have any sense for interior decorating at all. Or maybe the house had been burglarised?
Shawn looked around. She almost couldnt see the floor, but SUDDENLY something moved under a mountain of yarn that was strewn across the room.
EVERYONE COME UPSTAIRS! Ive found Tessa
Gael Mackie and Alicia rushed up the stairs. They were shocked at what they saw Shawn had managed to dig Tessa out, but her knees were completely smashed up and she was unconscious.
Feeeckin hell! Its happened again! You two get her to a doctor, Carly and I will go after the shitebag who did this! Alicia shouted(shes having a shouty day, have you noticed?) and ran out to the car again.
Carly had fallen asleep, so Alicia shoved her into the back seat and revved up the engine.
She followed the tracks of the other car, which appeared roughly around every corner it had turned, as the driver apparently didnt believe in braking at all. Lovely skidmarks led Alicia to a car parked at the side of a busy street.
That feckers still in there! she screamed at Carly, who didnt respond for obvious reasons.
She geared up to 4th and slammed right into the rear of the other car.
As soon as the initial shock of being rammed into had passed, the mystery driver still in all black clever disguise drove off quickly. Alicia stepped on the gas and started on a hot pursuit through the town.
Around the corners, they raced with massive speed, and a few times Alicia almost lost control of the car. Pedestrians jumped out of the way, scared for their lives, but there was no time to stop and apologise.
Alicia understood that this was the most important advance theyd had in the case, and that it was all up to her to see to it that this crazed assailant was taken off the streets for good.
The surroundings flew by, but SUDDENLY she noticed something spilling out from under the car she was trailing. In a split second, her own car was spinning around and she couldnt do anything about it.
