| How to Sign the Chokurei Symbol |
| HOW TO SIGN THE CHOKUREI Looking at the symbol, and standing with palm facing outward begin at the top of the symbol with the line running from left to right. 1. Sign straight line 1 from left to right. 2. Continue to straight line 2, moving from top to bottom. 3. Begin the first spiral from bottom of line 2 and continue it one and a half circles while saying �Chokurei�. 4. Continue to the second spiral for a full circle and say the name �Chokurei� again. 5. Continue to the third spiral, repeating �Chokurei� and stop at the dot in the middle of the spirals. 6. The large dot in the middle of the diagram signifies that you push the spiral of energy outwards away from your body. *If you are signing the symbol above the body during the healing, direct the energy with your hand into the body. *If you are signing the symbol in your head, visualize pushing the energy out through your hand. |
