- Has a big role in influencing a person’s moral growth
- Has the power to persuade (for good or bad) as seen in the effect of   advertisement in gaining consumers
- Some forms are booming industries in our country today

Problems Behind the Scenes:
- In showbiz- “siraan” between actors and actresses
- Some people hunger for fame and fortune
- Tend to pull the famous down through spreading of false stories
- Main reason: pulling others down for own selfish desire
- May be a bad influence for the audience
- Actors and actresses are looked up on by viewers as role models

Morality in Television Shows:
- Most TV programs show violence, and other immoral acts
- Bad for the people’s moral growth
- May influence viewers to commit crimes
- Some do not respect people’s feelings and emotions (ex. racist jokes)
-Some shows still promote basic values
- Teen-oriented programs still show friendship, trust, and love amidst all problems
- TV even used to promote church teachings (3:00 habit, weekend morning shows, Sunday mass)

How Actresses May Help Solve Morality Problems in Media:
- individually promote what is true and what is right through TV shows
- continue showing good values in programs
- avoiding unnecessary violence in movies and shows
