Membership Process
Promotions & Benefits will not be handed out to those members who do not complete this application
Please sign up on www.myspace.com if you have not already this will be the foundation of our members who participates in the "Faces of the Kingdom" campaign to get to know each other off game, each member who has posted a Real Life picture of themselves will be awarded 100 gold from the Emperor's personal funds.

Upon joining the guild you'll be need to select one of the
following Divisions below
- This system will act as an organizattion base for RP and PVP
- More divisions will open up depending onn the current size of the guild
- You may decide to transfer to another diivision at anytime just inform the Riou

Officer Status
| Division CO | They will take charge of each division and run it as a mini-guild taking care of their members and organizing events as follows. Each CO will email a weekly report of the activities of each of their members to [email protected] or any other pertinent information about any issues they have. |
| Division XO | XO's are the backbone of the divisions they provide information relating to their CO's when they are not present, and provides their division with whatever is needed. XO's are junior officers and will not have in-game officer status for the time being. XO's also need to file a Weekly Report to [email protected] |
In-game Guild Officer will be chosen by the leader depending on the staff position of Division CO or other purposes
Code of Conduct
Be respectful of others in and out of guild
Members who have not completed the Guild Application may not make any requests for items or gold
We want to keep our Guild a mature and friendly community
Participation in the Guild's functions is mandatory, provided real life takes priority over all else
Rules
Do not spam Guild chat, try not to speak one word per line, Guild chat is used for guild business and information gathering
Do not bring arguments to guild chat, take care of it on your own personal level, if you need mediation, we shall provide
Do not destroy or diminish the image of our Guild
After 1 month of inactivity in the guild we shall remove you, unless granted that we know your on vacation or unable to connect
