       The Essence of Islam and its Meaning for Believers

           Islam is know as the Din-al-Fitrah or 'natural way', and takes full account of all aspects of human nature. One meaning of Arabic word Islam is 'Peace', a peace attained though willing obedience to Allah's divine guidance. This 'way of peace', reaches that to be entirely at one with, and doing no harm to, any of Allah's creation - animal, vegetable or mineral - one mush become 'like a father on the breath of god'.
