Proverbs A

                          A

After a storm comes a calm

A bad workman blames his tools

A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush

A burnt child dreads fire

A constant guest is never welcome

A contented mind is a continual feast

A friend in need is a friend indeed

A guilty conscience needs no accuser

A honey tongue and a heart of gall

A hungry man is an angry man

A lamp at sight, a lion at chase

A law maker should not be a law breaker

A rolling stone gathers no mass

A sound mind is a sound body

All that glitters is not gold

All things come to those who wait

As is the father, so is the son

As you sow, so you reap
