Exterior:

• Installed lattice panels around deck
• Installed retractable Sunsetter awning over deck
• Built brick planter at end of driveway (just outside side door) and planted Rhododendron
• Two bird feeders (one in front, one in back!)
• Built paver planter around birdfeeder in backyard
• Reversed hinges on side door so it opens like a normal person would want!
• Installed lattice panels around air conditioner units and planted Carolina jesamine
• Installed bird bath in front yard
• Extensive landscaping (above the nice landscaping package provided by the St. Lawrence through John Deere Landscaping)
  • Removed berms and planted a variety of perennial flowers (ecchinacea, phlox, hydrangea, vinca, etc.)
  • Planted 4 Azaleas, more Knock-out roses and more Hawthornes
  • Planted 2 Gardenias on either side of the front door
  • Planted Lithodora at one corner
  • Installed trellises and planted Morning glories
  • Planted 3 trees in front yard

    • 2 Forest Pansy Eastern Redbuds (1 of which had the misfortune of dying)

Interior:

• Painted Dining Room ceiling and walls and hung chandelier
• Painted Master Bedroom ceiling and walls and hung ceiling fan
• Painted Guest Bedrooms 2 & 3 and hung ceiling lights
• Installed windows shades in all windows
• Installed curtains in Living Room, Dining Room, Master Bedroom, Master Bathroom, Master Closet and Guest Bedrooms 2 & 3
• Installed tile backsplash in Kitchen
• Installed bead board and painted Laundry Room
• Replaced bathroom vanities with granite (professionally done)
• Painted Kitchen and Breakfast Nook and hung chandelier
• Painted Guest Bath and hung mirror and shelf
• Painted Study and hung ceiling fan
• Hung chandeliers in Foyer, Dining Room, Living Room and Guest Bedroom 3
• Installed dimmer switches in Foyer, Dining Room and Guest Bedroom
• Painted Kitchen island
• Replaced light fixtures in Breakfast nook and Guest Bedroom 2
• Painted Master Bathroom, hung chandelier and replaced mirrors
• Installed dimmer switches in Living Room and Master Bath
