Blue � patrons 5 � 8 years of age. For every 10 books that you read, or are read to you, you will earn 1 �library dollar�. You may earn up to 3 library dollars per week. You are encouraged to pick out easy readers and picture books.
Green � Patrons 9 � 12 years of age. For every 30 minutes that you read you will earn 1 �Library Dollar�, you can earn up to 3 dollars a week. Books must be age appropriate, such as juvenile and young adult.
Yellow � Patrons 13 years of age. For every 30 minutes that you read you will earn 1 �Library Dollar�, you can earn up to 3 dollars a week. Books must be age appropriate, such as juvenile and young adult.
These age groups are guidelines; you are encouraged to select the one that will best suit your needs.
We ask that you turn your book list in once a week. If this is not possible please make arrangements with the person at the Summer Reading Station. You can either spend the tickets you earn or save them for a larger prize
