| About the Summer Reading Program | |||||||
| For approximately 15 years the library has provided some sort of summer reading program for the pre-school through high school aged patrons. The purpose of this program is provide a much-needed outlet with incentives for our patrons to maintain or surpass their reading skills, as well as introduces the values of reading to our youngest readers.
This program is solely sponsored by donations from ACLA (Appomattox County Library Association), Local Civic Organizations, Business, Patrons and Volunteers.
