I thought one more important publication needed to be addressed here. The publication "THE FINISHED MYSTERY" 1917 was the MAIN reason for Rutherford and Macmillan to be in prison and it has a very interesting publishers statement.
On page 3 "..CARLES TAZE RUSSELL was the messenger of the church of Laodicea....this volume will establish this beyond the question of a doubt.
Page 5 "..and that the earthly creature made prominent therein above all others is the messenger of the Laodicean Church-"that wise and faithful servant" of the Lord-CHARLES TAZE RUSSELL.
Seeing that Rutherford was one of those responsible for this publication..see the book "JEHOVAHS WITNESSES PROCLAIMERS OF GOD'S KINGDOM" pg. 67 for details and pg. 88 for the picture along with "THE HARP OF GOD" 1928-1940 ED cover photographs.
And what is totally amazing is that the book " GOD'S KINGDOM OF A THOUSAND YEARS HAS APPROACHED" PG. 346-347 paragraph 32 says that .."such a book and religious attitude tended to establish a religious sect centered around a man!!!!!!!
