This does not sound sappy to me at all, this sounds heartfelt. I have to say that Kristen's post made me stop and think also. It is often difficult for me to remember that there are real people at the other ends of these posts, when I read something that I disagree with, I often just see the org., and not the face of the person. Posts like hers bring me back to ground.
