This site is not about "telling us how to be good Jehovah's Witnesses" - you have fortnightly magazines, and an elder body more than capable of doing that.
The people on this site are the ones who should be doing the "telling" (well positive discussion anyway) - the Moderators and Administrators are trying to make it a site where the positive discussion can happen.
A Jehovah's Witness who just wants to safeguard the Org from any discussion about the issues, and potential reform solutions is clearly the sort of person Rick had in mind when he said "over-zealous". You've been here long enough to know.
Anyway, as for your last comment, my understanding is that the newly active administrators (given Rick's vacation) have "active-publisher" or similar status in mind as a qualifier.
