It appears from what you say further down in the post that you really want someone who is reformist, pure and simple. That raises the questions, How reformist? Whose reforms? How far to go before it is not reform but a different entity altogether?
I fail to see the effectiveness of people from the outside, however learned, telling us how to be good Jehovah's Witnesses.
