Not at all, that being who MADE THE VERY LAWS for our universe, may not reside in this universe! He would also be able to suspend these laws or circumvent them.

Everything breaks down to basic levels with the passage of time, this is an observed fact. Creatures die and return to basic elements, buildings disintigrate, metal is consumed by rust, and the list goes on and on.
