What has worked for me is this:
Usually my first attempt to post after I have logged on to the site will give me the message error=No Name. Even if I press the back button I have lost my comments.
So, before I hit the submit button, I highlight the text (by running the cursor through it), then I copy it by pressing "Ctrl-C", then I submit. It will give me the error message, then I press the back key, re-enter my name and paste my comments back in the comment box by using "Ctrl-V" and I re-submit.
This usually works for me.
